Questions partners ask

Registered businesses and individual traders working in pharmacy, retail, wellness or direct selling. You do not need an existing wellness catalogue, but you do need a real trading presence we can verify.

Entry requirements depend on the tier and territory you apply for. We confirm the opening order value and pricing with you in writing before anything is dispatched.

We will limit how many partners operate in a given area so partners are not competing against each other on price. Territory terms are agreed at the verification stage, in writing.

Product information, marketing assets you can use in your own channels, and a named contact on our side for reordering and questions.

We aim to respond to every application within one business day and complete verification as soon as we have your business details.
